The Oppo A38 carries Oppo’s iconic, charming design aesthetic with bright colors and beautiful textures. This device comes in a choice of two stylish colors, Glowing Gold and Glowing Black.

Both color variants use the Oppo Glow finish, creating a double matte layer with sparkling details on the back cover while being anti-fingerprint.

This device also inherits the Ultra-Slim Retro Design as found in the Reno series. Plus the Premium 2D design, this device is more comfortable to hold and also presents a slim and light appearance, with a thickness of around 8.16 mm and a weight of around 190g. Oppo A38 is also equipped with a Side Fingerprint Unlock feature which can unlock the device quickly and smoothly.

Reading or viewing content on the screen in bright sunlight is often a challenge, but the Oppo A38 introduces the latest 90Hz Sunlight Display which has a brightness level of up to 720 nits in High Brightness Mode. This allows users to view content on the screen easily, even in direct sunlight.

In addition, this device is equipped with a 6.56 inch HD+ screen with a 90Hz 96% DCI-P3 refresh rate. This screen delivers high color brightness levels and smooth visuals. The device also comes with All-Day AI Eye Comfort which minimizes eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience, regardless of screen time.

The Oppo A38 is equipped with a 50MP AI camera and a 2MP bokeh camera which allows users to capture clear, natural and bright images. Supports pixel binning, which combines four pixels to form one large pixel so it can produce more detail, even in dark conditions.

Both cameras are equipped with an advanced portrait algorithm developed by Oppo to produce impressive bokeh light spots in the background and provide subject highlights in Portrait Mode.

With a 5MP front camera, Oppo A38 delivers stunning selfies and enhanced video calling quality. The Portrait Retouching feature provides the option to adjust the beauty level to get a smooth and natural effect, both on the front and rear cameras.
